contacted Rade over a week ago, no reply, put in a help request no reply!!!!! see below

I did a windows update today and now the bot asks me to buy a new licence key.
I paid for 3 months 11/12/19.
Can you help

I sent one e-mail to rade's personal e-mail, i have a copy, which you can see if you wish. After not receiving any reply after five days I contacted you via help - contact us, again no reply.

It appears that the key I have will not work subsequent to the windows update, I do not want to purchase and download, because I have already paid for three months.
Again, can you help

We replied via our help center few moments ago. Like we said, you will need to download updated version and install it.

If you keep having problems after that then send us a screenshot of error message to check it.
