Hi Rade

This morning I am unable to log in. Insert password, press login and nothing happens. Using V3 and VPS, advice please.

Hi madjon,

Betfair made change to their servers so they are now using only TLS 1.2 for connections to their server. This means that you need to update your system.

All Windows updates must be installed and computer must be restarted.

Date and time must be accurately set for selected timezone.

Users must have Microsoft .Net Framework 4.7 installed on their computer. If you are unsure if you have it then you can download it from Microsoft web site:

Please uninstall old version of Bf Bot Manager V2/V3 and then download latest version from following location and install it:

V2:
https://www.bfbotmanager.com/bfbotmanager2.zip

V3:
https://www.bfbotmanager.com/bfbotmanager3.zip

Windows 7:
If you are using Windows 7 then please follow the steps indicated via https://manage.accuwebhosting.com/knowl ... ows-7.html to update your TLS version to 1.2 as earlier versions are no longer support following a release this morning.

TLS 1.2 isn't enabled by default in Windows 7.0 and this is the likely cause of the issues you are experiencing with various software applications.
