Hi Rade,

Cant figure out why the hedge bet is not getting matches and minimizing the loses
- Initial Back Bet get matched,
- Trade Out Bet doesn't get matched (fair enough)
- But then the final safety Hedge Bet tries 3/4 times but doesn't get matched.. so the full stake goes in-play

Its set to trigger at 2 ticks worse price... snapshot below of the bet but its happened several times now to different selections with the same type of bet log... cant figure out why.

Its a test strategy with $0.1 bet on a GH market so it couldnt be low liquidity...

Is your account data delayed? You can check that by looking at bottom left corner of main screen, if there is a warning that data is delayed then that could be the reason.

Try setting hedge to ask for worse price by 3 or 4 ticks instead of 2, it should help.

Yes, it is delayed - yellow warning in bottom right.

Didnt think it would matter that much really. Any idea how long that delay would be between getting updated data?

If you are using real mode and data is delayed then you should contact Betfair support for more details.

Simulation mode is using delayed data as that is requirement by Betfair. Data can be delayed anywhere between 1s and 180s.
