I have a strategy that I want to only fire on imported selections when the following rules are met:
BSP or In running 3.0-4.0
Selection price pre race was 3.0 or higher

I would like to exclude any horse that starts below 3.0 after it goes in running, is there a way of doing this?

If I was to set the Selection Condition tab like this, would this prevent any bets being placed on horses who's price is lower then 3 before the off?

Yes, that will work for BSP markets if your strategy is set to bet during in play.

Make sure you also use "Market conditions->Markets filter" and tick option to allow only start price markets and to adjust "Market conditions->Time to bet" to start betting 0s after market goes in play.

Then test it in simulation mode.
