Hello,

I am looking to have multiple strategies linked to execute a hedge.

strategy 1 - places back bet
strategy 2 - hedges if bet in strategy 1 is matched.

on the selection conditions tab for strategy 2 I have the "only if specified strategy has bets on same selection" added. the report is stating "bet on?" is there an additional selection criteria I need to add to enable the second strategy to place a hedge bet? I have got the hedge settings configured in the After bet rules tab.

Second strategy can only execute hedge if it has bet on that selection. You must set strategy to place bet on that same selection, then "After bet rules->Hedge" can be used.

ah ok, I was looking at setting up linked strategies so I could set a hedge, if this doesn't get matched then a third strategy could add a close. Is that not possible?

Like I said, each strategy must have its own bets on selection for "After bet rules->Hedge" to execute. If third strategy does not have its own initial bet on that selection then hedge will not execute.
