Hi All,

I've been playing around with BF Bot Manager and I think I have a strategy that works.

When one switches from real mode to simulation mode, a message is displayed saying "If you wish to test strategies, then you should use the Historical Data made available via ...".

I have downloaded the data, but can't see how to use it, can anyone help or point me to the settings, area or bot that I should be using to look at the data?

Hi Andy,

You cannot use Betfair historical data with our software, that is a message from Betfair that for long term testing you should use historical and not live data.

Are there any plans to integrate a back testing feature, or offer a standalone back testing bot? I think there would be a demand for one.

I to agree with Andy's suggestion about back testing strategies, it would be a great help to try different methods to find more winners.
