Which rule should be used for back bet every x ticks in play mode ?

You cannot place bet every X ticks, you need to create separate strategy for each bet.

Ok.
For example if I create 2 strategies.

First strategie : back bet on 1.30
Second strategie : back bet 1st strategie + 25 tick.

1. how I can connect this two strategie, that I know in 2nd strategie that was matched 1st strategie with odds 1.30 ?
2. If goal is scored , first straegie was made cash out and then how can I STOP 2nd startegie ?

You can use "Market conditions->Only if specified strategy has bets" to check if first strategy has bets on same market and set it to allow betting only if first strategy has matched bets.

It is not possible to use first strategy matched price and then to place bet at higher price by 25 ticks by second strategy.

Each strategy can have its own "After bet rules" to hedge or trade out.
